MARK BLACKWELL.
FOUNDER. DRIVER.

Lancashire born. Petrol fueled. I didn’t build RRCC for the polishers. I built it for the people who actually use their machines.

A Lifelong Obsession

I grew up in Lancashire with the smell of unburnt fuel and the sound of straight-sixes ringing through the hills. To me, a car isn’t finished until it’s covered in road grime from a proper Sunday blast through the Trough of Bowland. I’ve spent more time under bonnets than in boardrooms, and that’s exactly how I like it. After years of watching car culture get watered down by clipboard warriors and garage queens, I decided it was time for something real. This isn’t a corporate bio; it’s a statement of intent for those who actually use their machines.

Red Rose is a gift to everyone who joins! Not just in the Red rose region either.

This club was not intended to ever be. Having spent 8 years as the regional organiser a TVR club.  I learnt a lot as before that and during that period spending time on the committee aswell.

I have a passion for cars and a passion for people.  People are the life blood of who we are, nobody can do anything great without back up. You are that, the members of the club. Only YOU can make it great. Your ideas, your runs, your passion for your own cars and others.

We want people to join us with the same desires. Friendships will be made and roads will be driven.

You want to be with us as we grow.  Join us and in doing so join something special!

No Fluff

No committees, no politics, no nonsense. This club lives on the tarmac, not in a boardroom. We’re here to escape the red tape of modern life, not recreate it.

Cars are meant to be driven.

The Philosophy

Proper Roads

We find the routes that most people avoid. Lancashire has some of the finest driving roads in the UK—it would be a crime to let them go to waste sitting in a car park.

Real Community

If you get it, you’re in. Simple as that. We don’t care about your badge or your bank balance. We care if you turn the key and actually go somewhere.
